Dr. Pamela Shue is an associate professor.
Previously she worked for the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, where she served as the Deputy State Superintendent of Early Education, as Director of the North Carolina Division of Child Development and Early Education, and as an associate professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
She has over 30 years of experience in the early childhood education field where she held such roles as a teacher, director, research associate, principal, and child life specialist.
Her research focuses on professional development, earlychildhood systems, and early literacy and mathematics.
